The power that Music holds

Hello everyone!

Today I think I should talk about what all powers or magic, whatever you decide, music has within itself, seen or unseen whatsoever.

To start with, look around you when you step out of the house, take public transport, in the workplace, crossing the road, etc., everyone today is having 2 small pods always into their ears, the Earphones! As if its the part of their body! And I can assure you they are listening to songs or some music, because duh! Its audible to the next person sitting so easily.. ????
I don't quite appreciate it very much for obvious reasons, but hey! Atleast music is their integral part now!

"It is the calm amidst the hustle and bustle of one's life"
This is the most tangible power around.
Apart from it, music is scientifically proven to be a healer in various diseases, mental or physical.

Autism, Demetia, Depression, Infant development, Insomnia, etc.
"There are few activities in life that utilizes the entire brain, and music is one of them"
As I quoted in my first blog that we are a musical family, I remember my mother telling me that when she was delivering my brother, the doctors had put on some soothing classical raga and so she goes on says, he's a musical baby..

I have myself seen examples of such powers. We had a kid in school who used to stammer while speaking. But as soon as we used to be in music class he would sing the songs without any stammer and with so much confidence! Simply because he loved and enjoyed it.
There are many more real life examples of the effect of music on a person's mind and body.
I am sure you might have witnessed or experienced it in some point of life.

Here's to the hope that be music always with us asit had been and be we always the bestest of friends!
Until next time...
